We design, develop, and execute cluster-based, nature-inclusive agricultural systems for zero-input organic farmers in rural India that are centred around the socio-economic development of the local tribal farmer community.

NiGi organics currently owns and manages NPOP-NOP certified Organic ICS at Kandhamal and few other districts in Odisha, with more than 1000 ha. of organic spices, paddy, fruits and seeds cultivation, traditionally grown by 938 registered tribal farmers.

At NiGi Organics, we practice and promote cultivation of agricultural products in an organic and holistic manner which ensures zero dependence on external inputs like chemicals, inorganic fertilizers, and synthetic pesticides. We incorporate traditional and indigenous agriculture practices that enable farmers to do organic farming without using any synthetic/chemical inputs directly or indirectly. We educate farmers about on-farm biomass recycling centered around biomass mulching, use of on-farm cow dung-urine formulations (e.g., Bijamrit and Jivamrit), periodic soil aeration and creation and application of vermicompost.
